Alison G. Strom BA, RYT, RPT     Ladysmith

Alison is the proud owner of a small and lovely yoga studio in the heart of downtown Ladysmith BC. At her studio she is deeply committed to creating a safe atmosphere where students of every level can mindfully challenge themselves, accept their edge and celebrate their unique abilities. Although she loves every kind of yoga, Alison has a special relationship with Yin Yoga. She loves teaching Yin and is convinced of it’s ability to help heal and restore so many different issues on both the physical and emotional plane. Alison believes truly and passionately that yoga allows us to create an intimate connection to our bodies through breath and movement that can lead to a higher understanding of Self and, ultimately, a path to Joy.
