Alicia Barry 200E-RYT    Middletown

Alicia Barry is a certified 200-hour E-RYT with the Yoga Alliance specializing in different therapeutic modalities of yoga. She teaches weekly Yin Yoga classes as well as offering yin workshops in many studios. Alicia completed both level one and two of Yin certification under the guidance of Sarah Powers and has also trained with Jo Phee. Offering her students a practice blended from several wisdom teachings Alicia weaves yoga asana, meridian theory and Buddhist mindfulness practice into each of her classes.

She teaches in Rhode Island and is excited to have you join her on this wonderful journey down the yin river. Alicia has over 1000 hours continuing Education and 1000 hours of teaching in the therapeutic application of yoga and meditation as a healing modality. She also teaches privately.
