Alicia Barrett     Lakewood

Alicia Barrett has been practicing yoga for 8 years. She is someone that has benefited from the transformational and healing power of yoga and wants to share her passion with her community. Her path to yoga is not a traditional one. She received her BA in Psychology and Anthropology from Western Washington University in 1998. She soon fell into her first business role and spent the next 16 years working in Corporate America. In 2014 while living in Vancouver BC on international assignment, she received her 200 hour Yoga Alliance accredited teacher training certificate through Semperviva Yoga and she continues to enrich her studies by pursuing her 500 hour certification. Alicia teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin styles of Yoga.
