Alexandra Charles

Alexandra Charles       Houston

Alexandra Charles is a seasoned Yin Yoga instructor known for her unique style, fondly referred to as “sleepy stretching”.

Her approach focuses on stillness and equilibrium, guiding students through extended poses designed to open and relax their connective tissues, muscles, ligaments, and fascia. This method offers a soothing contrast to our busy, modern lives, facilitating a state of balance. Alexandra creates a serene environment that encourages deep relaxation, calming the nervous system and easing stress responses. If students drift off during class, Alexandra ensures they are gently awakened, and their relaxation is maximized.

Alexandra’s primary goal as a Yin Yoga instructor is to guide each of her students towards profound internal tranquility.
