Alexander Rosan

Alexander Rosan    San Francisco, California

Alexander Rosan has taught yoga for more than 6 years. He trained in multiple modalities ultimately falling in love with Yin. He had the fortune of growing up where yoga, and meditation were common practice in the household, understanding the various challenges, and immense gifts a solid practice offers. Using a comprehensive understanding for anatomy, and the subtle energies of the body Alex teaches how we can utilize our bodies to aid our health. Alex teaches his students to start with a solid foundation from which one can realize the great potential each of us possess. He believes that when we participate in each posture with an honest surrender, becoming aware and grounded in our body, we can more decisively walk our path with sweetness, focus, contentment, and well being.
