Alesia rediscovered yoga several years ago, as a means to gain focus and still the mind. She is a 200 RYT and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches vinyasa, yin, and Hatha styles of yoga.
Alesia’s intention is a lifelong exploration, modification, and discovery of the mind body connection. She believes in the power of yoga to focus the mind and still the body, while restoring our connection to the community that surrounds us through our yoga practice. Along with her certification she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and is a Health and Wellness coach.
