Alberto Pingitore Grosseto
Over forty years of experience teaching taoist martial arts and Qigong, Alberto teaches Yin Yoga in his private center in Grosseto, Italy. He is certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) by Yoga Alliance.
During his Yin Yoga sessions he integrates the ancient teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Indian Music Therapy. Alberto offers Yin Yoga groups and individual lessons. He continues to study and research in broad areas of interest and studies.
