Adrienn Jakab Budapest
Adrienn has been practicing yoga since 2005. She has studied in depth several disciplines including Bikram Yoga 2007, Yoga for Kids 2009, classical hatha yoga 2010, yoga therapist 2011, Rainbow Family and Community Yoga 2013. She has been teaching Yin yoga since 2011. She merges classical and modern approaches to bring the teaching alive in a tangible way. Her teaching method has been shaped by the inspiration of Bernie Clark, Paul Grilley, Sarah Powers and her own. She is the founder and the owner of amaSole Joga Studio in Budapest, Hungary, opened in 2012.
