Adam has been practicing yoga for 5 years and teaching for 3 years. Adam originally turned to yoga due to numerous sports injuries that were beginning to degrade his quality of life. After trying numerous medical professionals, Adam turned to yoga as a final resort and finally found the relief he had been in search of for so long. Adam is a qualified Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga teacher in Chiang Mai Thailand seeking to help others improve on their quality of life through yoga.
