I completed my Yin Yoga training with Alexandra Denkinger in Sri Lanka just last month. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Bernie Clark’s principles of Yin Yoga through Alex who is an incredibly informative and helpful teacher. I learned so much about the body and anatomy during the training which I’m incredibly excited to bring to my students at Hot Lotus studio in Stockport and to my private clients. I look forward to developing my Yin Yoga knowledge with further training and workshops.
