My love of Yin Yoga began in 2009 when I took an online class with Bernie Clark. I had been practising Vinyasa for a few years, but this was my first foray into a slower style of Yoga. I was immediately enamoured with the calm and nurturing, yet challenging, aspect of Yin and I dove head long into taking every Yin class and training I could.
I love pairing Yin with aspects of Ayurveda, such as Marma massage, Yogic Philosophy, Meditation, and Pranayama. I also love incorporating anatomy into my classes, with a focus on making poses accessible to every body and everybody.
