Abaigéal Warfield Dublin and North Kildare
Abaigéal has been practicing Yin Yoga for a number of years. Before discovering Yin Yoga she practiced mostly Astanga and Vinyasa flow. She is a qualified Vinyasa flow teacher, having completed a 200 hour training with Frog Lotus International in 2014. She has recently turned her focus to Yin Yoga, she finds that it helps her find balance in her life, mentally and physically. Abaigéal attended a Yin foundations training with Josh Summers in Ireland. Her Yin classes are slow and mindful. She endeavours to create a safe, warm environment to make space to grow and open up. She teaches in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
