Hello Just did my first two yin yoga classes... I loved them. I want to buy one of Paul Greeleys books. What is the difference between the blue “Yen yoga: principles and practice, and his green book “yin yoga: outline of a quiet practice?, Specifically about the poses. Do the two books have the same poses? Does one book have more poses?

Go for the Blue Book...it is the more recent edition (by 10 years) and has more stuff in it, like Wall Yin poses.
