yin tissue research

Post by kiwipt »

Hi Bernie,
I had the pleasure of taking in your yin class on Sunday evening - it was great. In it you mentioned a study about how tissue (can't remember if it was the muscle or the fascia) responded by shortening if it had too little stress thru it or too much stress thru it. Can you provide the link to the study or some further info?
Thanks for having such an informative website - it is amazing.

There are several studies on this topic. The one I was citing on Sunday is available at this web site:
