Yoga has been in Jane's life for 20 years. With certification in Svaroopa yoga and training with Josh Summers in yin yoga, Jane's primary interest in practicing and teaching is for quieting the mind. As a student of A Course in Miracles, she desires to extend what it teaches - peace of mind is no idle gift! Jane and her husband are usually on the road and yoga travels with her.
