Yin Yoga sequence for the Chakras

From time to time teachers and even students write some very interesting stories and thoughts about their Yin Yoga experiences. If you have a Blog you wish to share, please post a link to it here.

Very effective but I do have to admit that I am a little afraid of being in a spinal twist for that long due to my lower back problems. Usually when I do twists I regret it for the next couple of weeks so opted out of the twist. This will probably be a go to for me and will slowly try to get comfortable with the twist as that could be a problem to balance out all the chakras but one lol.
