Long time lurker.. first time poster
I started doing yoga about 4 months ago to help with my lower back pain and really love it! I mostly do it at home and follow videos online since I don't know of a good class in my area.
Anyway, I thought I'd share this class I found. It's not free but I thought it would be worth mentioning because it included poses that I had never done or seen before and I really love that each class was focused on a specific body part. Maybe it could help some of you who are looking for in depth classes online.
I am a big fan of YOGA and I really like to learn it but I don't have any valid source where I can easily learn YOGA, but now after visiting your post I think I am able to learn it from Udemy, But there is also a problem which is I don't have any account to buy it.
