Kristin has been practicing and teaching Yin yoga since 2004. Her path led her through the doors of a yoga studio in Winnipeg over a decade ago and thus began an exploration of yoga that she hopes will be a life long journey. A self-described 'yoga omnivore', Kristin embraces everything from the sweaty Ashtanga based vinyasa practices to the quet challenge of Yin. In her teaching, Yin yoga has grown to be her passion, thanks to the influence of teachers such as Paul and Suzee Grilley and Sarah Powers. She strives to create an atmosphere of acceptance and learning in her classes, rooted in a respect and admiration for students’ unique bodies and anatomical differences.
