Catherine Synnott
Canada, Québec, Boucherville.

Catherine started her fitness journey in a gym, teaching cardio classes. She was then draw to Pilates and Yoga. After doing a lot of Yang practice & teaching, she had the call to go on the Yin-side. In her own practice, the meditative side of the Yin is what's really speak and resonate to her, even though her teaching is more down to earth and functional. Catherine did her 200 hour teacher training with YogaWorks and her YinTT with Bernie Clark.
