Doreen is an E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP and Yin certified instructor. In addition, she has completed training to earn her the certifications of a Level 2 Thai bodywork practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher.

Doreen took her foundational 200 hour training with Styles Yoga at The Hot Yoga Spot. She went on to complete the 300 hour Styles Yoga program. She received her Yin Yoga certification with Joshua Summers of Summers School of Yin Yoga. Doreen has also completed trainings in restorative yoga, chair yoga, Yoga Nidra and meditation.
