Have anyone of you taken the yin yoga for the knees protocol suggested by Bernie here https://yinyoga.com/yin-yoga-for-the-knees/?
If yes, have you progressed somehow in time, height of the cushions, thickness of the sticks, rounds/sets... I started with the three rounds exactly as recommended. Then added a fourth round with a thicker stick. Now I am lingering for 2 minutes... Anyways, I was wondering if someone have progressesd somehow and how they felt it.
