Hello all,
I really need some advice, my hips are extremely tight.
If I sit with the soles of my feet touching each other. My knees are so high up, and I have been practising this position for a long time now and they don't seem to be getting any looser.
I find my hips quite painful sometimes when I move them.
Also some of the other exercises used for stretching the hips I can't even do, because there so tight I cannot reach for example.
Any advice would be appreciated.
