frequency of practicing the same, sequencing

Dear Bernie, When practicing yin yoga, i heard the advise, to practice different asanas every day. so if you want to work on the hips, you could do it every day, but is it better to have a day of rest/ or practicing other areas? in case of knee issues, you advise the adjusted virasana pose-which wor...

goldilock-resting time

Dear Bernie, The Goldilock article was the right tip! Thank you! In the article you mention the resting time. Dear Bernie,

you mentioned in an earlier post reply, that yin yoga is good for strengthening the joints. could you please refer to some postures that are especially strengthening knee and elbow joints?

Thank you!

Thank you so much Bernie! Your reply is really helpfull! I also wish i would have known before... In my case stupid inpatience caused the damage-i didn't wait the hip to open itself as usual, but forced the tibia up, during the down movement of the femur. recovery after arthroscopic surgery, yin and yang

Dear Bernie, I finally decided to undergo arthroscopic surgery to even out my damaged menisci on both sides.
